Ok, so I went out today and got a calorie counters book.
I have no idea what I was eating before I started writing it down, but yesterday's total was 1535 cal. I don't know about the fat count.
Today I've had:
8 a.m.: 2 cups of coffee, 1 w/ coffeemate
20cal/1gfat/2carb
1 black
5cal/1carb
Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs
150cal/9gfat
6oz glass of orange juice
110cal/9gfat
16oz bottle of water
1 multi-vitamin
Lunch: 1 medium apple
90cal/23carb
16oz bottle of water
Dinner: 1 small cheeseburger (already fixed for me when I got home

) No mayo or anything, just cheese
330cal/14gfat/35carb
(based on a MickD's cheeseburger, cause I figure it's about the same)
1 cup coffee with cream
20cal/1gfat/2carb
1 can diet coke
1cal
(already waiting for me

, but I didn't drink it all)
Now I'm working on my third bottle of water. I guess that's not
too awful bad so far.... My real problem will be about midnight. I'm a bit of a night owl and I seem to get hungry in the middle of the night. That's when my willpower does me wrong...
Also, if the husband has dinner waiting on me when I get home, I feel like an a$$ if I tell him I'm not eating what he cooked. I try to eat smaller portions, but I can't be outright rude to him...
