First of all, I cut out fast food almost completely. I've had fast food maybe three times since I started and that's only because I really didn't have a choice.
I've been cutting calories, but not doing the best I could. I've done great this week and I started writting everything down today. I hope that'll help me do better. I'm also trying real hard to phase out soda and get all my water in everyday.
I'm also working out for an hour 5 days a week. I have a DVD that I'm doing and it's super-hardcore for me. I'm adding some Yoga to it to make it the whole hour.
I've been at it for two months, but really serious for the last month. I've lost 6 pounds... *sigh* Such hard work, but I'm doing it.
Finish off that fast food and soda and you'll be in great shape. Just curious, about how many calories have you been eating on an average day? Have you been keeping track of that or just writing down the food.

Your exercise routine looks stout.
