Yeah that doesn't help at all either. Exercise would do wonders too.......

So basically what we can help you do is figure out how many calories you should try to eat (on average) in a given day so that over the long run you can lose the exact amount of pounds you want, when you want. So if you say you want to lose 30lbs in 2 months? No problem.

If you want us to calculate this for you we need to know your age, sex, height, weight and how much exercise you plan on getting each week (how long, type of exercise, etc)
