Everyone wants fast and easy, but that's where most people end up having problems. Fast isn't the answer. What we teach people how to do is to make lifestyle changes, no "diets" which are really temporary solution. We can show you how to lose a couple pounds a week safely just by watching how much you eat. If you're willing to throw a little exercise in the mix, then sure you can lose even more.

30lbs is very doable in say 15 weeks through just eating changes.
