| Re: Running & Jogging Technique I love to jog, however I can't anymore since it hurts my knees. Since then I've wracked my brain trying to figure out how to still jog.
So what I came up with was at home I use a small bouncer..like a mini trampoline. At the gym I use the eliptical machines (sp).
It's not quite the same but it is still giving me a good work out. |
