giving it another try

hello to all,

i haven't been here in a long time... been really busy with things. I have been trying to bring some changes in my life, and i am tackling one thing at a time.... i've been successfull in couple of areas, and i'm feeling really good about things, and i thought i'd give it another try on my weight. I have tried many diets in the past, and have tried to make lifetime changes in the way i eat, and really tried to add more activities into my life... but sadly, found that years of being laaazy and eating whatever i want has made me about 120lbs overweight and very unhappy. it takes more than just my best efforts... i had previously tried taking some appetite suppressants and did not stick to the program.. i found that i was eating when i wasn't hungry.. but things have changed some, and i'm starting something new tomorrow. I will be taking appetite suppressants, and looking to eat healthy. specifically, trying to eat whole grain things, cutting sugar out of diet, and white flour and rice out of diet. eating 2 fruits and 3 vegs everyday, eating lean protein. drinking about a gallon of water a day. i also plan to exercise. i started walking around my neighborhood. its finally starting to get cool outside, so i don't hate the walks so much anymore... and last month, i signed up for 12 sessions of personal trainer, working with weights... and i went to 10 sessions. which is such a huge deal for me... usually i sign up for these things and then never return.. but i can actually feel a change coming on.... i think i will be successfull this time around. i am so excited, and i'm so proud of myself for being where i am...
