Unless we change our everyday lifestyle, and I don't mean just adding exercise 3-5 times a week, we will not be able to reverse the trend of childhood/adult obesity. Years ago, everyone walked and took steps whenever possible. Now we park as close as possible and take the elevator. Unless we start including physical activity in every aspect of our life, we will continue to be on the way to an obese and unfit society.
