Happy baking and dieting! Imagine...a HAPPY diet? I've been on it since Oct 15 and I've already lost 5 pounds, although the first 5 pounds are always the easiest. Still, I haven't had any cravings, and this diet's not boring! I'm happy with it, it could easily become a health program for life.
P.S. If you get the book, look for the recipe for No sugar, no fat, no cholesterol Pumpkin Pie. It's delicious! Better than the usual lardy kind. |

A happy diet....that would be so great, but I guess it is just a dream... Unfortunately I haven't bought the book yet, but probalby you can't bake these sweet stuff all the time, can you? Because by having cake (although if it is from this book)it isn't possible to lose 5pounds in three weeks, is it? By the way congratulations!
