You're welcome! We were on a bus in NYC visiting our daughter. The book is very new, apparently. Just out, but people are talking about it. I told a friend last night and she said she'd already heard about it.

Happy baking and dieting! Imagine...a HAPPY diet? I've been on it since Oct 15 and I've already lost 5 pounds, although the first 5 pounds are always the easiest. Still, I haven't had any cravings, and this diet's not boring! I'm happy with it, it could easily become a health program for life.

P.S. If you get the book, look for the recipe for No sugar, no fat, no cholesterol Pumpkin Pie. It's delicious! Better than the usual lardy kind.
