I'm sorry you're having such a hard time at home. Do you know why your husband didn't tell you the truth about the clinic? Maybe he doesn't want you to go?

But picking up where OD left off, counting calories is definetly not as hard as everyone seems to think it is. I've been keeping a food diary and counting calories for about three months now, and I'm so used to it! Everything has the nutritional ingredients on it, and you just need to make sure you're eating the right serving size. I've never felt starved while counting calories. I've been able to find tons of foods that are yummy and well within my calories. Sometimes I even have calories left over at the end of the day

How do you want to go about loosing weight if you don't get to go to the clinic?
