OK, the sourdough pretzels are half of the calories you are eating each day! There's your problem. You'll never believe this, but if you cut out that bag of pretzels and kept everything else you eat at the same amount, you'd lose about 5lbs a week!

My guess is you're getting at least a double serving of cereal @ 260 calories for a double serving Probably at least a double serving of popcorn fish as well so that's at least 732 calories. 360 calories from Ramen noodles, the rice crispy treat at 238 calories, and the candy bar at 420 calories.

The main problems with what you're eating is that your diet looks to be at least 70% carbohydrates, 20% fat, and 10% protein....that and you're eating about 4000 calories too many each day.

Well, there's a couple ways to go about this. The easy way would be to cut out the pretzels and candy bar and keep everything else the same and you'll lose 6lbs a week, or to just cut out just the pretzels each day and lose 5lbs a week. But you can't substitute them for other things.
