Honestly, you really don't NEED fruits and veges to lose weight, I hate saying that, but it's true.

Although cutting down on the food intake might be hard because it's comforting, it's just a quick fix. Instead think of all that permanent pleasure and satisfaction that awaits you from avoiding those quick fixes.

It's really not as hard as you think it is, and a lot of people find it easier to follow a plan when you see it on paper. We can also teach you a few tricks that will make it easier for you to cut those calories....and it won't require starving yourself. Just about everyone says it was a lot easier than they thought it would be.
