Of course! That's what we're here for! It is really as simple as counting your calories. If you are willing to write down what you are eating each day (calories, etc), then we can tell you how many calories a day you should be eating to achieve your weight loss goals. You don't have to eat exactly that number of calories each day, but as long as you're close in the long run you'll be OK.

Does that sound like something you are willing to stick to?
