I'm sorry to hear about other sites; one of the things I think members here take pride in is making this a great environment for everyone.

When I say lifestyle change I'm referring to permanent eating and/or exercise changes to you daily routine. One of the things we do is encourage and help people to lose weight through changes in the eating styles (no diets) and in their activity levels (if possible).
