Low Calorie Cookies

I found this recipe at cooks.com, makes some yummy cookies. I've made two batches now and altered the recipe slightly, so I'll include that too.

1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg instant pudding mix (any flavour)

Mix everything together. From into little balls. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet, then criss-cross with a fork.
Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes. Makes approx 40 cookies.

The person who posted the recipe says that it's about 9 calories per cookie, but when I calculated it out, I got about 20 per cookie, which still isn't half bad. Maybe they used a different Bisquick, or a different pudding mix (I used the low-sugar jello one).

The first time I made them, I used chocolate pudding mix, and although they were still kinda tastey, they were missing something. This time I used vanilla puddng mix, added 1 tbsp of Splenda, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of water. They turned out way better. I think the cinnamon made the difference.
