Ok blown away today. I walked into my old job (same company but different building) and talked to one of my old managers. And before I could say hi he blurts out "wow have you lost weight, you look great". LOL I was so excited. I know I turned bright red. God to have other say that is nice. I have had other friends of mine who have been with me this whole time and knew I was trying to lose weight recently compliment me on how my body looks. Saying it looks so much leaner and toned from the last time they saw me.

YAY!!!
