Oh its just slimming world...like weight watchers but with a different 'diet' (except you musn't call it a diet....its food optimising *rolls eyes*). I've been going off and on for years, and it IS a really good thing, I mean its relatively easy as long as you stick to it, I just lack movitation. I always have done, I lose a bit then get bored...But needs must and all...*pulls resolved face*
