Don't feel guilty! It's not your fault, and you shouldn't exercise if it causes you pain, that's not the way to get healthy!

Can you still do things like walking/jogging? It may not be as beneficial as weight training etc, but will still do you some good.

Try to get motivated again with your calories though, even just to maintain!
