I get a lot of them from people I dont see often. I know I have lost a lot the last couple yrs but I still see a big fat person when I look in the mirror.
It took my step daughter to stand next to me in her full length mirror for me to see the difference. Let me tell you i about freaked. But then I have always had issues of hiding behind the fat.
