| Re: For My Mommy It's tough to guestimate how many calories she burns in each session/type of exercise. If she really gets a solid workout that often (3-5 times a week), multiply her BMR by about 1.55, and that's how many calories a day she can eat to maintain. That's about roughly 2400 calories. If she wants to lose 1lb a week, have her eat 1900 calories a day, and for 2lbs a week have her eat 1400 calories a day. 1.5lbs would be 1650 a day.
Again, this is assuming she's getting 3-5 solid days of exercise.
