I am sure I can pull off 1 hr of hard exercise at least 5 days a week... I need to make "training" a priority. I can run on my treadmill while the boys are downstairs uploading music and then do an aerobic tape. I have plenty to chose from. Kathy Smith is my favorite and I know her routines by heart. I should do the speed bag for my upper arms. We also have a universal in the basement. It sounds so good in paper. If I could only get a work out buddy it would be just that much more fun and easy.

Cant count on my husband since he is out of town almost 5 days a week for his job.

Even 60 lbs by my birthday would be awesome !!!

I think you can do 60lbs no problem. I you may consider whether or not you think you can do all of this at once cold turkey.....some people find it's easier to ease into it.....for example to start off with say 1700 calories and half an hour of exercise etc. Whatever you think you can handle. If you can handle the full monte all at once then by all means, give that a shot!

At some point in time when you've mastered the calorie intake we should revisit what those 1175 calories a day on average are comprised of....how much of it is protein vs. carbs vs. fat.

That comes in our weight loss 201 class.
