Every year I give the pain of sacrifice vs pain of regret speech to my wrestlers. I lived a life of the pain of regret, I regretted I didn't exercise or eat right and that the outcome was that I was fat. I inform them to win in wrestling you must feel the pain of sacrifice, as a champion you won't get to lay around for hours and play video games, as you get older you'll have to skip time with friends and family but when you win your title you won't have the pain of regret.
That being said I want the word PAIN across my shoulder blades and the words of sacrifice down my spine. I think I've earned them and I want a daily reminder that I can never EVER succumb to the pain of regret again.
I will probably get this close to my 40th b-day.

I definately love wrestling.
Also, I think your message in the tatoo is neat and I like your signature comment with the same message.
