I really want to get healthy for myself and my family. I was just married in January, and I have truly lost myself. I graduated college early, got a great job and have become a work-aholic. About a year ago I was running 3 miles a day just for fun, I was a size 12 and very healthy (I am 5'11). Today, I am a size 22 and I am very unhappy with myself. My husband loves me for me, and I feel so guilty sometimes that I have let work and my busy schedule take over my life. My husband is a tall, fit person who never gains a pound, and I feel like I owe it to myself and him, as well as our future kids to get healthy and back in shape. I do not have a lot of friends that can relate. Any time I talk about being over weight, they think I am crazy because they don't see it. My height is the only thing that saves me from looking completely obese. I would really like to have people to talk to who understand, and help me get through..Thanks! | Welcome MalloryJo,
