Simple version: Based on your info your body burns about 2250 calories a day. In order to achieve your goals you need to eat roughly 1250 calories a day on average over the long haul.

This is very doable and is very similar caloriewise to what a lot of others are eating too.

If you want, either now or at a later time, we can walk you through how to better break down that daily calorie target into protein vs. carbs vs. fat.
