Well lets see, that's roughly 2lbs a week. That being said, most of your weight loss is going to have to come from a reduction in calories consumed. The problem is if you aren't counting what you eat then you really don't know whether or not you are eating the right amount of food to help you achieve your weight loss goals. What we encourage people to do is calculate (and we can do this for you) how many calories a day your body burns on its own based on your lifestyle/activity level. From there we can tell you roughly how many calories a day you should try to eat in order to achieve your weight loss goals. Otherwise it's a crapshoot.

Cutting out the junk/soda/sugar is A HUGE must.


Other things that help (although very minimally compared to calorie reduction include: Upping your water intake drastically, eating a lot more protein, getting rid of white bread for whole grain/wheat bread helps too, etc.
