That's where we come in. It really is that easy IF you are willing to count your calories that you eat. I can tell you how many calories a day you burn and then tell you how many calories you then need to eat on average to meet your weight loss goals.

That's usually enough for most people, but for those who want to get serious I can even break it down to how many grams of carbs/protein/fat should be consumed as part of your new eating regimen.
