safe snacks? ok im brand new here on my journey and im wondering as a beginner what are some safe snaking solutions for a girl who used to consume a 12pk a nite and eat an entire pizza b4 bed..and by bed i mean 4am. i mean im ready to lose...ive given up drinking except for one nite a week (the nite i bartend...so im burning cals too), try to walk around the parks lake each day(its one mile around...4x=4 miles), and literally used to eat outback steakhouse food everyday for 9 years..and now im watching hardcore what im eating...but still need help deciphering between what is acceptable to eat and what is not at certain times. i like the 5small meals idea..so i ask..what are some safe snaking options...cuz the stick of pepperoni isnt gonna fly anymore.
