I thought it would happen at some point. I have officially stopped losing. I weighted myself today and it said 124. However that was with clothes on, no shoes just clothes. So I am still guessing around 123. Hopefully. I have been trying to increase my calories. Trying.....
And now I have been lifting a bit for what a week now. (was mainly doing eliptical on high settings and burning tons of calories)
Help me.
