How much are you exercising every day? Is our job a sit around or are you active? You might find that eating 200 calories under your BMR + activity intake req's will help you drop these last few lbs. Also look at your fat intake and protein intake you really need to be watch your macro splits this close to hitting your goals.

I calculated my BMR using the forumla in the other thread, so I don't think I should be way off on it, I hope. Does that seem like an odd number for someone of my age, weight etc?

I don't have a job currently, but my school days are full of sitting around, except for lugging my bag between classes.

I think I'll have to make a better effort to break down what I'm eating during the day. I've only ever kept track of the number of calories, not where I'm getting them from.
