Can I change the title to "Audrey's Last 9.5 lbs Blog"?
I expected to put on a little weight after my weekend. I had ice cream and Subway on Sunday.
But I'm back on track.
For breakfast this morning I had:
3/4 cup Special K (Almonds and Vanilla) = 110 calories
1/2 cup Skim Milk = 45 calories
a multivitamin
I've packed a healthy lunch, and am sipping my water as I type.
I'll post again tonight after I've hit up the gym.
