| Audrey's Last 8.5 lbs Blog This is an attempt to motivate myself to hurry up and loose my last 8.5 lbs to reach my goal of loosing 50 lbs.
I haven't been to the gym in most likely 4 weeks now, and I'd like to set a goal to go at least three times a week.
My BMR is around 1465 cals/day. My goal in the past has been 1200 cals/day, and lately I've been aiming for 1000 cals/day to try and speed things up a little, but that's been a little difficult to do, so I'll see if I can shoot for somewhere between the two.
Today my morning weight was 138.5 lbs, and I consumed approx. 1203 calories.
As for exercise, I did not drag my lazy butt to the gym, but as I was feeling guilty about it after dinner, I did about 1.5 - 2 hours of housework (vacuuming, cleaning, dishes etc.), so I'd like to think I got a little exercise.
Will go to the gym tomorrow for sure.
As for an ending day for my goal, I've been loosing about 5 lbs per month for most of my weight loss journey, so we'll stick to that. That would put me at 130 lbs about November 20th-ish.
Here we go!
