That's still great, especially if you have not been exercising as much as you'd planned!
I guess my new years resolution was to get back down to my high school weight (which I did acheive, and am now about 15 lbs underneath that). I really need to get back in the game though, I'm not as committed anymore as I was in previous months, and I'm afraid that I won't make my goal this year, even though I can see the finish line.
