I am on a count calorie diet,so I usually eat 1/2 cup of some kind of
unsweetened whole grain or bran cereal w/sweet and low and skim milk and I add a banana. Black coffee and a small glass of juice. Sometimes I'll have two boiled eggs and a slice of (whole grain) dry toast,some fresh fruit,and the usual juice and coffee.
The key for me is to eat healthy and filling foods.
