but it seems ive gained 3 pounds up to 193
got tooth pulled and feel better ,i think the tooth was infected and i know i needed root canal so lack of money got it pulled
so maybe 3 pounds in muscle -maybe not
guess i am depressed yet its been worse
anyone ever felt better and put on weight ,..and then in the end lost a lot of weight? |
