Plateau for a month and now I am afraid to get back on the scale to see if it has changed now

ave changed the exercise routine AGAIN (yesterday) to try and see if things will change Life style changes to date Started going for minimum 30 minutes walks for lunch Started Exercising more and I am running out of time in the day to fit anymore in Started eating MUCH more healthy food and less of it. But no matter how hard I try I cannot change the things I have previously discussed about my office and it gets more and more difficult every day to
come in here. This week is ok but next week who knows.
