3 times per week sounds about right.



If you are going to go 3x per week, I'd make each day you train a full body routine.

Also, by arms, I assume you mean upper body?
on the 3 times per weaking doing upper body. I think inlove needs take video of her squatting form and then post in here.


I agree on form, I can't count how many people I see pushing their knees well out in front of their toes when they squat and it scares the crap out of me!
