However, by the sounds of it, you are more interested in fat loss. As someone said above, simply lose weight. That'll do the trick. Just remember you can't pick and choose where the fat comes off via various exercises.
Not trying to minimize resistance training... as anyone who knows me knows that I highly recommend anyone do it. I'm just being realistic for your goals. |
