Yeah I grew up in Michigan. Then when I got out of the fleet I moved to Tucson with my wife.
I just need to stop snacking so much. My job has me sitting at a desk for 10+ hours a day from about 6:30 in the morning to about 4:30-5:00 in the afternoon. Then after that I take night classes on T/W/Th. Throw dog training class into the mix for 2+ hours on Monday and my whole week is gone right there.
I've just been lazy. I'll probably start running again. Maybe 2-3 miles a day. Nothing to much, then maybe bump it up to 3+ with weekends off. As big as I am I like to run. Just throw the ipod on and off I go.
