I hear ya there. In the Nectar Mike and I drink it has 90 calories per serving (1 scoop). So really not bad at all. Here ya go....

New! NECTAR - The protein that taste like fruit juice!

So you can see that NO FAT NO CARBS is very good for this protein.

That is why I said I need to up my amount to 2 I think a day.
