The Nectar protein stuff is available at Vitamin Shoppe. I am sure there are some sort of protein stuff you can buy, just don't know what kind. The Nectar is $30.00 for a big jug. It has lasted me over a month maybe about a month. But I drink 1 a day....thinking of going to 2. If you go to a GNC or something I am sure you can find something there too. Just look at the calories and carbs and such when buying.
