| Re: Question about protein The protein we use is called Nectar and it's whey protein but flavored to taste like juice. I use water with it.
Everything I'm reading indicates that it's very, very important to eat at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight (lean body weight aka muscle, bone etc.) to help maintain your muscle while losing weight.
