| Re: Eating better with 3 growing boys in the house We removed all white bread & pasta and replaced with whole wheat bread & pasta, no sugery drinks or pop either. Skim milk only along with good cheeses etc and all the bad cereal gone too. We now buy a ton of fruits & veggies & let them snack on that. If you don't buy bad snacks and food they can't eat it. They'll get used to it after awhile. Good fat isn't bad, such as olive oil, all natural peanut butter etc, remove the trans fat items like chips, cookies and other sweets.

No reason to diet, subscribe to food services, have surgery or take diet pills. Learn to eat right, count calories and exercise. If 400+lb people on Biggest Loser can do it, so can you!
