| Eating better with 3 growing boys in the house Well I am trying to eat a better (and lose 50 lbs) but with a husband who has to eat a lot of fatty foods (he has a stomach disorder and has to eat a lot) and 2 preteen boys in the house and trying to have some will power it just is not working. I spend allot of time cooking (husband has breakfast, lunch and dinner) and I just cant get away from it . . . I will try and have something healthy while they eat what I have cooked and I break almost everytime. Any suggestions on how to get around this? |
