My mom has an above ground 4ft deep pool I play around in w/ the kids. And I wanna try racket ball. My son is a little young for it, and he's "that kid" (you know the one that runs up and down the bus screaming) and he bolts when ever he cans. So taking them isn't a good option if I'm actually gonna do any sports.

Any ideas for at home? Most the videos kinda depress me LOL I mean first I can't keep up, and second I get to stare at all these people who are thin and lean, and hardley breaking a sweat.
At home you can chase the kids around! Take em to the park and play tag. Play some sports with them.

At home you could buy dumbbells and at least lift some weights. Other option is to buy an elliptical machine, treadmill or exercise bike, and you can watch TV while on it. Tons of people get rid of em used for cheap.

Can you get a friend to play racquetball with you in the mean time?
