I agree on protein powder + water =

I use skim milk, but what I do is add ice and milk, so I'm in essence using half milk half water and it comes out tasting like a milkshake.

Don't forget that you are getting the extra benefit of more protein from the milk, although every 8oz adds about 90 calories IIRC.
