Putting in her 125lbs and looking to lose 2lbs a week I come up with:
CALORIES CALCULATOR
Weight: 125
Gender: F
Body Fat: 28 to 38
Daily Activity: Moderate
How Much Weight Do You Want To Lose Per Week? 2

BMR
You normally use 1822 calories per day.
Diet:
You should switch to 822 calories per day.

BUT that's a general calculator. My metabolism indicate I should be eating 2933 calories per day but I can't eat over 2K w/o gaining weight even with my high output

Mike, I do not believe that the formula above is meant to be used with lean body mass.

I came up with BMR of 1351.43. BMR is determined before factoring in her activity level.

Here are the calories she burns each day that I came up with based on the amount she exercises/activity level:

Calories Burned a day factoring activity

1621.717 1. sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2

1858.217 2. If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375

2094.718 3. If you are moderately active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55

2331.218 4. If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725

2567.719 5. If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

I highlighted the middle one in red because I believe that's her activity level from what she's posted.

So if she's shooting to lose 2lbs a week, I got 2095 calories-1000 deficit a day = 1095 calories a day she can eat and still lose 2lbs a week.
