I'm doing protein shakes and vitamins (a multi-vitamin pack with fish oils and minerals). I'm using the Bio-Test shakes. They consist of micellar casein & whey protein isolate mixed. I'm currently mixing half low carb half complete because I don't want to go *too* low carb.

A lot of my lack of imagination with food revolves around having to provide meals for the family, and my husband is a notoriously picky eater. If I cook, there's a 50/50 chance he just won't eat it, and will go hungry or eat something else. He will always eat fast food, or a pizza, or something like that, so I stopped trying to cook so much and just relied on those things. I stopped thinking about varieties of foods and how to be creative.

I have to really abandon the idea of cooking for him, I guess. I am open to a huge variety of foods so there's no reason why I can't come up with healthy foods to eat on a daily basis.... I just need to get the ambition together to try new recipes
