If you are willing to write down and count your calories, and even go so far as writing down the carbs, protein and fat you eat, I can tell you how much of each you should try to eat on a normal day in order to stay healthy and lose a good amount of weight as well.
The information I would need is:
Your height, weight, age, sex (female obviously), and your activity level (how often you get exercise each week, what you do, etc).
