Hey Kate, glad you gave things another try. This is a great place for give and take regarding weight loss. The only suggestion I have about the carb cravings comes from my personal experience. If I eat something salty, then I crave something sweet, so I have cut my salt intake way back. The other thing that has helped me is eliminating bad carbs and eating complex carbs instead. (At least most of the time!) I hope these ideas will help. If not, I am sure other members will have thoughts to share. Good luck and welcome.
