That sounds all good and all, but Im going with the mindset of eating healthier foods and smaller portions over counting calories and stuff. Dieting is a bad word

. I really dont like standing in the grocery store doing math and stuff when I can just look at it really quick and decide if it is better for me. Like should I get this item when a low-cal/low-fat version is RIGHT next to it.
